Intensive 5 week athlete outdoor training program, 3 in-person mandatory days a week with additional optional sessions. I will also add a strength based lifting plan that you can access through the app as a group member - to be done on your own at your preferred gym location. ZoPro is created by Zoe Hickel the Alaskan born and raised Professional Hockey Player with a background and passion for the game as well as fitness and health. With a love for the outdoors and the Alaskan scene, Zoe has grown up coaching many ages and abilities of athletes and adults across many sports and professions.
This is for athletes looking to get faster, stronger and improve your fitness level and conditioning. This 5 week intensive program will be progressive through each week and focused on athletic performance.
Strength & Conditioning: Full body, performance based training with weekly progressions through corrective movements, plyometrics, speed training, agility / change of direction & conditioning through various avenues.
We are especially looking to improve our speed and explosiveness with the ability to move quickly and efficiently.
Our scheduled workouts will be in-person and we will use this platform as a way to stay connected with our group to ask questions, receive resources, assessments and added training programs.
