Intensive 5 week athlete outdoor training program, 3 in-person mandatory days a week with additional optional sessions. I will also add a strength based lifting plan that you can access through the app as a group member - to be done on your own at your preferred gym location. This is for athletes looking to get faster, stronger and improve your fitness level and conditioning. This 5 week intensive program will be progressive through each week and focused on athletic performance.
FOCUS:
Strength & Conditioning: Full body, performance based training with weekly progressions through corrective movements, plyometrics, speed training, agility / change of direction & conditioning through various avenues.
We are especially looking to improve our speed and explosiveness with the ability to move quickly and efficiently.
Our scheduled workouts will be in-person and we will use this platform as a way to stay connected with our group to ask questions, receive resources, assessments and added training programs.
