ZOPRO Hybrid Summer Training Group

Intensive 5 week athlete outdoor training program, 3 in-person mandatory days a week with additional optional sessions. I will also add a strength based lifting plan that you can access through the app as a group member - to be done on your own at your preferred gym location. Zoe is a two-time World Champion with the US Women’s National Hockey Team and a former NCAA DI and Professional hockey player, with two pro championships. She's a former Assistant Coach for the Ohio State Buckeyes and 2022 National Champion. Zoe's a current National Female Rep for USA Hockey Player Development Committee. With a passion and background in coaching and player development, Zoe enjoys building confidence and progress in kids to adults from on-ice skill development to functional and sports performance training through many sports and professions.

Why Join

This is for athletes looking to get faster, stronger and improve your fitness level and conditioning. This 5 week intensive program will be progressive through each week and focused on athletic performance.

FOCUS:
Strength & Conditioning: Full body, performance based training with weekly progressions through corrective movements, plyometrics, speed training, agility / change of direction & conditioning through various avenues.

We are especially looking to improve our speed and explosiveness with the ability to move quickly and efficiently.

Our scheduled workouts will be in-person and we will use this platform as a way to stay connected with our group to ask questions, receive resources, assessments and added training programs.
