Athlete Spring GPP

4 Weeks/ 5 Days a Week

Why Purchase

Spring is the best time to build a base and further break down training in order to focus on areas of the body that need attention after a long season and some time off. This phase will focus on general physically preparedness to overcome imbalances and develop the building blocks to excel in further off-season training.

With the current situation and limited options during the COVID-19 pandemic, this program will give you what you need to get through this time with limited resources to gyms & equipment.
What you need:
~ A couple sized dumbbells or different weights acquired from your home (e.g water/milk jugs or laundry detergent).
~ If you have access to a Barbell that will be useful too.
~ Bands: mini band and large or physio band/ for cable exercises.
~ Good running shoes for outdoor running.
~ Bench or Couch/Chair
~ TRX Strap or Pull-up Bar
~ Medicine Ball
~ Bosu Ball or an unstable surface (soft pad /carpet be creative)
